No. The Cardiff Event Center is an open 6,000sq/ft room. The space can be used for all functions. 


The venue is indoors.


Yes.


Two restrooms available with three urinals/toilet stalls a piece. Both restrooms have baby-changing stations.


Friday and Saturday is $1000 a day. Sunday through Thursday is $800 a day. The fee includes tables, chairs, staging, table linens, and table napkins.


The deposit is $500 a day. Full payment is due two weeks prior to the event.


We keep the deposit no matter what. Rescheduling fee is $250 if rescheduled within a month of the event. 


Yes. It protects the venue from you and your guests. It doesn’t protect you from your guests. We recommend getting your own. Often event policies can be offered through your homeowner’s insurance.


There are no hidden fees; but here are extra services we provide:

  • DJ Booth use - $500
  • Draped Ceiling - $1200
  • Lit Ceiling - $250


And more importantly, are they required to use it or can they bring their own? Yes. These are businesses we have successfully worked  with in the past. It’s fellow industry operators who we have good relationships with. It behooves you as the renter to use these people because it prevents issues. You are not required to use them, outside of catering (See below)


If not, is there a dedicated kitchen space for outside caterers to use?

Yes. We require that you use our catering partners: Olde Boston’s or Godfather’s Pizza. 


Can they bring their own booze (BYOB) to save money, or must they buy a package through you? All alcohol must be purchased through us. We take liquor laws very seriously and we do not condone guests bringing in outside liquor or underage drinking. We will take quick, decisive action if we see this occurring.


Yes. Each event we host has an Event Host on site for the duration. These are experienced staff members who have proven themselves through hundreds of events. 


The venue opens at 8am and closes at 11pm everyday. No exceptions. 


Between 8am and 11pm on any day rented. 


We have a recently updated bridal suite. The Bridal Suite features a couple couches and a make-up bar with outlets and a large mirror. We can stock the fridge with beverages if so desired. 


The venue closes at 11 pm.


Yes, free onsite parking is available: paved, lit, secure, and easily accessible.
